This is an awesome mod. I have no problems buying it if it did just a few more things.

1. Private Categories controlled by usergroup, age limit, or password (or any combination of these)
2. ACP Controlled list of accepted video sites. I would like to be able to select the supported video sites in the ACP that I want to allow videos from. (This way, I can ban places like pornotube.com from being uploaded.
3. Ability to add additional video sites
4. The ability to add an entire category from a video site instead of adding them one at a time.
5. Video thumbnails on ForumHome

I would also like to see a side by side feature list of the lite version and the full version so I can see what features I gain by purchasing.

You can easily copy and paste the existing text. If I create columns it doesn't mean the features change because it's side by side.

Well, the side by side was just a suggestion to make it easier to determine what you get for the paid version. Excuse me if I don't agree with you on this.

I will have to get my paid solution elsewhere. If I cannot block certain video sites from being used, then I cannot use this on any site that I do not want porn displayed. That is, unless I want to allow only myself to add videos. You can never count on anybody but yourself to hold to your values or plan.

Since my desire is to run a site where anybody can provide videos, then I must just say "No" to this as it allows the ability to add porn to my site.

Everything else was negotiable. If this software has plans to add this in the future, then we can work this out, but for now, not a chance.

Unfortunately there are no other mods similar or exactly the same. You will require a much more expensive stand alone script such as a youtube or similar. Again this is a mod which requires existing vbulletin forum infrastructure in order to operate and function. As far as your request to make so that specific sites are not able to be added, this is a very simple code change on two of the script pages. You can easily add and remove the allowed or disallowed sites as you please.

Mods for vbb, no. But there are many programs I can use and use a vbb wrapper to put it in the forum. Granted, I lost some features, but gain some control.

True, but then you also don't get all the advantages of everything which is already....readily available. You'd have to make mods and add mods to make your new mod similar to this or better. Which to me means a lot more work.

I can´t promise to code your suggestions. Good suggestions are always welcome.
I am working on it and want a good product..

I am thinking about the age Verification and it is on my todo List.
At the moment there is no admincp list for accepted sites or not. But you can delete some Lines from vbtube_add.php and vbtube_action.php, then you can control wich sites work and wich not.
Additional sites integrating is not difficult if you know the regular expression for the embed code.

Maybe it is better to wait a little bit and see what kind of features in the future will come... Then you will be sure at buying it...
