Could you explain what you mean by putting the upload directory in the root directory?

Do I end up with an upload folder under forum? Or should I be copying the files from inside upload into their respective directories?

I've uploaded in both ways, but neither seems particularly happy to function.. with the upload folder it can't find /forum/vbtubepro.php, without the upload folder it says I don't have permission to access the page.

I've successfully uploaded the xml file, got the vbtube pro option in my admincp, I can create categories, I ran the tablefix scripts, there's something I'm missing here.

Copy the files inside the /upload folder to forums root.
Go to admincp/usergroups/ set for each group the permissions.

Default Forum Id?
Useing lite version, When I add a category I have "Category Name" and "Display Number". I have added categories and added a video.
I read about having to have a forum id? where do I put this forum id? And do I need to create a forum just for this?

I searched and cant' find the answer.
